The Kinetic TEAM Member Bespoke One2One Training

 

Head Coach Scott brings 30 years of experience which has seen him work with  International champions to absolute beginners.

The Team member package is perfect for any level of rider who is either starting their fitness journey or looking to push up their structure and intensity. 

 

The package is divided in 3 Phases:


Phase 1: Consultation

Coach Scott will assess your goals and previous fitness history. He will support you, where needed, to align your goals with an action plan.


Phase 2: Set Up 

You will be assigned your own personal Training Peaks account and linked to Kinetic’s platform. 


Phase3: Training

You will receive a monthly review of your previous training and have feedback provided in the form of charts and tables with your specific metrics. You will have advice on the next block of training and goals to aim for. There will be lots of opportunity to communicate with coach Scott via email etc during your training and he will build in flexibility to accommodate your demanding your lifestyle.
